Fresh and intense, on the palate it calls to mind the floral characteristics of the famous sparkling wine made in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills, which are known locally as RIVE. To bring out its citrus notes, serve it with Indian tonic water. To showcase its fruity and floral qualities, choose elderflower tonic water.
Five botanicals: juniper (balsamic notes), lemon peel (fresh citrus notes), pears and Glera grapes (fruity and fragrant notes) and camomile (pleasantly sweet notes).
Six botanicals: juniper (balsamic notes), angelica (fresh jasmine notes), cinnamon (spicy notes), coriander (rounded flavour), lemon peel (fresh citrus notes) and cardamom (fragrant and floral notes).
